The Olive Grove

Our Australian Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, grown, harvested and pressed on our own farm, ensures a great taste with being a healthy food choice.

Studies confirm the health benefits of olive oil – from heart health to lowering blood pressure. 

Having our own tree shaking harvester ensures our timing is optimal for harvesting to achieve a great flavour of the olive oil.  The Frantoio and Leccino olives yield a fruity oil with a mild peppery after taste.  The oil can be light, medium or robust depending on what the grove offers us that year. 

We constantly seek to ensure our oil is of the highest standard and have had clients travel from Sydney to obtain our oil straight off the press!  Olive oil is a great substitute for butter if you prefer to limit your intake of dairy foods.

Try our olive oils on salads (paired with our caramelised balsamic vinegar); use it in cooking or as a dip with our Dukkah.  The Dukkah is made on site with a captivating moreish taste.

Hand harvesting our kalamata olives is a family event, done the old-fashioned way – like they did and still do in Italy.  Delight your tastebuds with some kalamata olives which are cured in brine until they are ready for you to enjoy.

We take pride in caring for our grove ourselves, and practice regenerative farming principles in a sustainable manner.  We avoid using chemical sprays and manage our grove in harmony with nature.
